Main Ingredient:

  • Grilled or Roasted duck breast, thinly sliced

  • Thinly sliced Onions
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Toasted French (crusty) or Italian(soft) bread

Brush bread with melted butter or duck fat and lightly grill. Pile on thinly sliced duck breast, onions and cheese. Toast until cheese is melted. Serve with duck stock and the side of your choice.
