When I first decided to pull the trigger and create this blog, the immediate title that came to my head was Cooking Without A Net. A quick Google search revealed that a Blog by that name already existed. In fact, its a very active blog with some good information Go ahead and check it out, I’ll wait ….
Back? good ….
The next idea was winging it, but it sounded too much like a side dedicated to bar food and this too had multiple blogs. This started a journey encompassing an entire night of looking for the right title that explained my style and philosophy on cooking (I did mention how painful it was for me to make a decision didn’t I?). After about three hours I came across it;
Extemporary : previously planned but delivered with the help of few or no notes
It fits my style to a tee. Come up with a general framework for what I want to eat then start cooking with no recipe or notes. And with such a esoteric work, all but guaranteeing that it will be visited only by accident or by someone I have e-mailed the link to.
